Before founding Padron & Lopez-Trigo, P.A. Joshua refined his skills at The Haggard Law Firm. During his tenure there, he helped to recover over One-Hundred Million in compensation for clients. This unparalleled experience not only deepened his understanding of the legal system but also fueled his passion for leveling the playing field for individuals against powerful insurance companies and corporations. These accomplishments laid the foundation for his client-first approach—offering personalized attention, transparency, and aggressive representation.

He has served as a Board of Director for the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and is the current Secretary of the CABA Pro Bono board of directors, where he has worked to promote diversity and equity in the legal profession while supporting initiatives that give back to the South Florida community. Joshua’s involvement in CABA reflects his commitment to justice both inside and outside the courtroom. Joshua is a current Board of Governor for the Florida Bar Board of Governor’s Young Lawyers Division, serving over 30,000 young attorneys state wide.
