Mark Lopez-Trigo is a founding partner of Padron & Lopez-Trigo Trial Attorneys, a firm built on the belief that every client deserves relentless advocacy, personal attention, and real results. Mark helped establish the firm with a clear purpose: to deliver justice for the injured and hold powerful corporations and insurance companies accountable.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mark takes great pride in serving the community where he was raised. After graduating from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida International University. He went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, where he earned Dean’s List honors and was a distinguished member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Mark competed at the Kaufman Memorial Securities Moot Court Competition at Fordham Law, where he was recognized among the top five advocates. He also excelled in Miami Law’s nationally ranked Litigation Skills program, receiving multiple honors distinctions and the Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship for trial advocacy.

Mark began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, where he handled several hundred cases ranging from DUI and Battery to Grand Theft and Armed Drug Trafficking. There, he developed a deep passion for trial work and advocating for victims.

He later joined a prominent personal injury firm, where he spent years litigating high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. Mark has successfully secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of clients who have suffered life-altering injuries due to the negligence of others. He is known for his relentless advocacy, strategic litigation approach, and unwavering commitment to justice.

Mark is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
